AVERT and ALLY Product Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your AVERT or ALLY plugs for a credit, a different product or service, or a refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Some discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned plugs must be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned plugs must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • A service cancellation fee of €200+VAT may be applied
    (no charge applied if ALLY fails to perform)

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

·        Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

·        Send plugs via registered post to our Dublin address:

Additional Information:

·        You can expect to receive your refund, replacement product, or credit within 10 days

·        While we pay the postage on your order, you will need to pay the cost of returning the product

·        Lost or damaged plugs are not refundable - AVERT / ALLY service fees are refundable
