Referral Programme FAQ

Customers can refer their friends through our Referral Page and earn up to €100 in rewards for each, after the referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, subject to some restrictions.

Q: How do I submit a referral?
A: Referrals must be submitted through the Referral Page.
Q: What are the eligibility requirements?
A: To be eligible for a referral reward, you must:
Submit your referral through the Referral Page
Be a current DriverFocus user, client or partner by the time they purchase
Not be prohibited by your employer from receiving the reward
Be over 18 years old
Refer your friend before they are engaged with the DriverFocus Sales team
Q: What counts as a qualifying purchase?
A: The friend you referred must purchase at least 20 product units in order for you to be eligible for a referral reward.
Q: What are the types of referral rewards?
A: If your friend purchases 20+ ALLY, Samsara, Survey/Permit or DriveAlert units, you each receive a €100 reward.
Rewards are are in the form of either a Digital One4All gift card, a service discount/credit or a donation to a charity of your choice.
Q: Someone I referred made a purchase! When will I receive my reward?
A: Referrals are paid out 30 days after the friend you referred makes a qualifying purchase.
All potentially eligible referrals are reviewed at the beginning of each month. If your referral is approved for a reward, we will reach out via email and request that you confirm your email address before sending you a link to claim your referral reward.
If it has been more than 35 days and you have not received any communications from us about your referral reward, please email info@DriverFocus.ie.
Q: How do I find out the status of a referral I submitted?
A: Reach out to your account rep or info@DriverFocus.ie.
Q: My referral wasn't approved for a reward. Why?
A: There are a number of reasons a referral may have been disqualified, including:
Your referred friend was already engaged with DriverFocus Sales
Your referred friend did not purchase a qualifying number of units
Your referred friend hasn't yet hit the 30 day post-purchase threshold
If you believe your referral was mistakenly disqualified, please email info@DriverFocus.ie.
Individuals may not refer themselves. Referrals are reviewed when the referred account is 30 days post-purchase, and rewards are sent within 30 days of a qualifying purchase. This offer is subject to cancellation at any time. However, if we cancel the offer, we will gladly pay the reward for any referrals made prior to cancellation.
