Driver Eligibility
At an absolute minimum, businesses should ensure that their employees who drive for work are legally entitled to do so.
The easiest and most reliable way of doing this is to require drivers to regularly submit online, driving licence (and for grey fleet, insurance / NCT/CVRT/MOT and motor tax) details for inspection, along with an annual declaration.
Once details are submitted, authorised administrators can see via their online dashboard, the current compliance status of all staff and can easily identify drivers who have expired or partially-completed permits.

These drivers are prompted to submit minimal details from relevant documents and make an annual declaration of compliance. Optionally, department managers can then check submissions against original documents.
Auto-Reminders
