RSA and HSA Driving For Work Events
The RSA has announced a series of in-person seminars with the Health and Safety Authority and An Garda Síochána on the topic of Driving for Work Risk Management.
This year’s event will take place on Wednesday the 26 November 2025 in The Johnstown Estate, Enfield, Co Meath.
The theme is “Safe Truck Fleet Operations - Fit for the Road” with a follow-up event being planned for February 2026 to cover light commercial vehicles and buses and a third event focussing on grey fleet later in the new year.
November’s seminar will be of particular interest and benefit to employers, self-employed, transport, safety and fleet managers who operate heavy commercial vehicles (trucks) in all work sectors and specifically those involved in routine transport of foods, goods, plant and machinery, equipment and materials.
Delegates on the day will hear from speakers from the following organisations:
• European Transport Safety Council
• Euro NCAP
• Health and Safety Authority
• Road Safety Authority
• An Garda Síochána
• National Office of Traffic Medicine
The event will also feature a panel discussion with a representative from Reynolds Logistics and Kilsaran. There will also be time to network with other industry experts on the day.
